Ticket Information
Halloween Horror Nights is a separately-ticketed event, so a Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure day ticket does not grant access to Horror Nights. Conversely, purchasing an HHN ticket does not provide daytime park access. We highly recommend buying your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Saturdays tend to be the busiest, so Wednesdays and early September offer a more relaxed experience.

Major Sweets Candy Factory – Survive a visit to a candy factory where the treats are dangerously delightful.
The Museum: Deadly Exhibit – Encounter an evil unleashed from a folklore museum exhibit.
Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America – Face terrifying Latin American legends guided by La Muerte.

Bonus Attractions
Regular attractions during Halloween Horror Nights often have shorter wait times. Enjoy rides like Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Transformers: The Ride 3D, and more. HHN Express Passes are valid for both haunted houses and rides.
Tribute Store
The Tribute Store returns with a new theme each year. Previous years have featured nostalgic horror comic themes, and this year’s store will continue this tradition with fresh and exciting concepts.

Halloween Horror Nights Tips
Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights is renowned for its thrilling and spine-chilling attractions. If you’re planning to attend this year, here are some essential tips to help you navigate the event like a pro and make the most out of your spine-tingling adventure.
Buy Tickets in Advance
Tickets for Halloween Horror Nights can sell out quickly, so it’s wise to purchase them ahead of time. This not only ensures you get entry but also often allows you to take advantage of early-bird pricing and special offers.
Arrive Early
Take advantage of early access to Halloween Horror Nights if available. Typically, guests with daytime admission to Universal Studios Florida can enter before 5:00 PM. For those without early access, arriving at least an hour before opening will give you a head start and reduce wait times. Guest can enter “holding areas” and gain access to the haunted house before other guest entering.
Use the Universal App
The Universal Orlando app is an indispensable tool during your visit. It provides real-time updates on wait times, showtimes, and helps with navigation through the park. Download it before you go and keep it handy.
Rest & Stay Hydrated and Eat Well
The event can be intense, and staying hydrated is crucial. Make sure to drink plenty of water and have a hearty meal before you arrive to keep your energy levels up. If you start feeling overwhelmed, don’t hesitate to take a break. Relax in one of the quieter areas or enjoy a show to recharge before diving back into the action. We highly recommend that you take it easy before arriving to help you get though the night with plenty of energy.
Wear Comfortable Shoes
You’ll be on your feet a lot, so comfortable and sturdy shoes are a must. Opt for shoes that offer good support and are suitable for walking long distances.
Know the Scare Zones
Familiarize yourself with the layout of the park and the locations of the scare zones and haunted houses. This will help you plan your route and ensure you don’t miss any of the terrifying attractions.
Consider Express Passes
If you want to avoid long waits, an Express Pass can be a game-changer. It allows you to bypass regular lines for haunted houses and attractions, making your visit more efficient. This is a must in our option for those only visiting HHN for one night.
Be Prepared for the Weather
Orlando’s weather can be unpredictable, so check the forecast before you go. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions, as it can be quite humid and rainy. Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event. Event occurs rain or shine. No rain checks, returns or refunds. Don’t let the rain be the scariest part of this event!
Mind the Scare Actors
The scare actors are there to provide entertainment and fright, but if you’re not keen on being startled, try to keep a respectful distance. They’re there to enhance your experience, so interact with them if you’re comfortable.
With these tips, you’re well-equipped to tackle Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights and have an unforgettable experience. Enjoy the frightful fun and make some terrifyingly great memories!
