Walt Disney World Announces Return of Annual Pass
Hey Disney Park fans! We have the news that several of you have been waiting for, Disney World has officially announced the return of annual passes! New sales of the Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass and Disney Pirate Pass will resume and can be purchased online beginning on April 20. Please know, the quantity of passes will be limited and passes and are sure to sellout quickly. We think it’s important to figure out which pass you’d like before they go on sale so you don’t miss out!
Let’s breakdown the different types of passes:
Incredi-Pass- $1,399 plus tax
This is the most comprehensive Annual Pass and is the most expensive. The Annual Pass does not have any blockout dates and the Passholder can hold up to 5 Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time. This is also the only pass that non-Florida residents and non-DVC members can purchase.
Sorcerer Pass- $969 plus tax
This pass does come with some blockout dates “during select holiday periods” and, like the Incredi-Pass will allow guests to hold up to 5 Disney Park Pass Reservations. The Sorcerer Pass is only available to Florida residents and members of the Disney Vacation Club.
Pirate Pass- $749 plus tax
The Pirate Pass has more blockout dates than the Sorcerer Pass, including peak times and holidays. Guests can hold up to 4 Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time. Again, The Pirate Pass is available for Florida residents only.
Pixie Dust Pass- $399 plus tax
The Pixie Dust Pass has the most blockout dates of any of the Annual Passes. Not only are peak times and holidays blocked out, but weekends are, as well, so the pass can only be used on weekdays. Guests with the Pixie Dust Pass can hold up to 4 Park Pass Reservations at once. And you guessed it, only available for Florida residents.
